We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all products that have not been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.

To initiate an exchange, please email our team at info@alohii.com with your order number and the set or product you'd like to exchange to, and we'll be happy to help.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes. We are happy to accept your set or products back for an exchange within 30 days, as long as your products have not been opened, used, or tampered with. 

2. WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PERIOD?

We will provide an exchange on unopened sets or products within 30 days of the date that you received your order.

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?

Yes, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you send your set or products back with a tracking option, because Alohii will not be responsible for lost packages.

4. HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT?

We're sorry to hear your Alohii products were not a good match for you!

Please follow the below steps to submit an exchange. 

1. Please read our exchange policy in full before submitting a request. 

2. If you agree to our exchange policy and guarantee that the item has not been opened and taken out and used, please follow the below link to start your exchange process. 

3. Please take 3-4 photos of your set or products to ensure that they have not been opened. 

4. Click here click here with your order number by following the above steps to submit a return or exchange.

If you have any feedback as to why you are returning your set - we'd love to hear it! Customer feedback is what helps our company learn and grow.

5. MAY I EXCHANGE MY ORDER WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?

Yes, if you feel that you meet the criteria above, then you are welcome to  click here and start the exchange process.

6. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

We will send you your exchange after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned products or sets were not opened or used in any way.

All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the set or products being returned, in order for us to place the order for your exchange.

It takes 1-2 business days to process all orders from the moment we place it in our system. U.S. orders take 4-7 business days to be delivered with standard free shipping, and international orders may take anywhere from 15-21 business days. For more shipping details, please click here.

7. WHY ARE ALOHII PRODUCTS NON-EXCHANGEABLE IF OPENED?

Skin products are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned or exchanged for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other skin care suppliers do not allow returns or exchanges of opened items for the same reasons.
