Here's what to do next.
1. Please read about our refund and exchange policy here
2. If you agree to our refund/exchange policy and guarantee that the item has not been opened, damaged by yourself and not taken out of its security seal and used, then you can proceed with your refund or exchange request by clicking here. You'll just need the email address you used when making the initial purchase and your order number which you can find on your initial purchase email.
3. Please take 4-5 photos of your products to prove the condition of the products before sending them back to us.
