How do I apply Alohii lashes?
Applying Alohii lashes is simple. Use our Bond to apply a thin layer to your natural lashes. Then, place the lash segments underneath your natural lashes using tweezers or your fingers. Once your segments are in place, press and seal them using our Seal. For best results, follow the step-by-step video on our How-To page.
How long do Alohii lashes stay on?
With proper application and care, our lashes can last up to 10 days. Many customers wear theirs for a full week before needing a touch-up or replacement.
Are the lashes reusable?
Alohii lashes are designed for extended wear, not reuse. For hygiene and performance, we recommend using a new set for each application.
Can I wear them in water or while working out?
Yes! Alohii lashes are water-resistant and sweat-friendly, especially when paired with our Bond & Seal duo. Just avoid prolonged submersion (like swimming) and avoid oil-based products around the eyes.
Can I sleep in them?
Absolutely. Our lashes are made to be soft, flexible, and lightweight enough to wear overnight. Just try not to sleep face-down or rub your eyes.
Do I need mascara?
Nope! Alohii lashes are full and fluffy enough on their own. We don’t recommend mascara, as it can reduce the lifespan of the lashes and make removal more difficult.

Step 1
The Prep
Start by cleansing your natural lashes thoroughly with an oil-free cleanser to remove any makeup, dirt, or oils.
Step 2
The Bond
Brush a light coat of Alohii Bond onto your natural lashes, focusing on the base. Use lightly to avoid clumps.
Step 3
The Lash
Using the Alohii Tweezer, pick up your lash wisps and apply them along the waterline beneath your natural lashes.
Step 4
The Seal
Apply the sealant under the lashes. hold them in place & gently press with the Alohii Applicator for added security.
Removal + Care
How do I remove the lashes?
Apply the Alohii Remover to the top of your lashes. Let the formula sit for 30-35 seconds to work its magic. Gently remove the lashes—no tugging needed! Clean your natural lashes for a fresh finish. For in-depth instructions, visit here.
Does removal damage my natural lashes?
Not at all, as long as you remove them correctly. Our Remover is formulated to break down the bond without tugging or harsh rubbing.
How do I clean the applicator or tools?
Wipe them down with alcohol or gentle soap and water after each use. Keeping your tools clean helps with better lash application and prevents any buildup.
Taking your lashes off should feel just as good as putting them on. Here's how to do it gently and confidently.
Step 1
Apply
Apply the Alohii Remover to the top of your lashes, where the bond was applied. Make sure the wisps are fully coated.
Step 2
Wait
Give the formula 30 to 35 seconds to work its magic. This helps dissolve the bond without any pulling.
Step 3
Remove
Once the bond has softened, gently slide off each wisp using your fingers or tweezers. No pulling or tugging needed!
Step 4
Clean
Finish by wiping your eyelid with oil-free cleanser or micellar water to remove any leftover bond or residue.

What’s the difference between VoidLite and VoidLite Max?
VoidLite™ is our ultra-light, flat fiber that gives softness and all-day comfort. VoidLite Max™ takes it further with hollow-core 0.023mm fibers—67% lighter than ordinary lash fibers.
What comes in a lash pack?
Each pack includes 5 pairs of lashes (enough for up to 5 applications), neatly arranged by segment for easy application.
Do I need a specific Bond & Seal for Alohii lashes?
We highly recommend using Alohii Bond and Seal for the best hold and longest wear. While other adhesives might work, they can affect longevity and comfort.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! Express shipping options are available at checkout if you're in a rush to get lashed.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your account to track your order.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, wait 24–48 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office. Still no luck? Reach out to us at info@alohii.com
Can I return or exchange my lashes?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on opened lash products. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
