Order Tracking

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you are unable to locate it, please:

If the package is still missing, please contact us within 7 business days of the marked delivery date. We’ll do our best to assist you, though Alohii is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal of shipment will not have original shipping charges refunded.

Domestic return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund (typically $4–$6).
