Returns and Refund Policy
At Alohii, we want you to love every order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review the following policy to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
Return Period & Eligibility

You may return any new, unused, and unopened product (unless marked “final sale”) within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be in original condition and packaging, without visible signs of wear or damage, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items marked as “final sale” or otherwise clearly listed as non-returnable may not be returned or exchanged.

Returns requested after 15 days, or items not meeting these conditions, may be denied.
Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@alohii.com with photos documenting the issue.

We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, depending on stock availability.
Costs & Non-Refundable Portions

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A return shipping & handling fee (typically $4–$6) may be deducted from your refund for U.S. orders.

International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Alohii cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.
Refunds & Denial Conditions

Once your return is received, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria.

If the item is not in original condition (used, opened after use, damaged by customer, missing packaging), the refund may be partially reduced or denied.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@alohii.com.
Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted for new, unused items within the 15-day return window.

If you’d like a different style or product, contact customer support to arrange an exchange.

If the exchange item is a different price, you’ll be responsible for paying (or receiving) the price difference.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact us at info@alohii.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive:
- A prepaid return label (for eligible domestic orders).
- Step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns must be shipped back within 15 days of delivery. Returns shipped after this period may be denied.

Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Gift Returns

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be issued once we’ve received the returned item.

If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
