At Alohii, we want your shopping experience to be effortless and flexible. Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy explains how these purchases work, including how you can manage, change, or cancel them.

Our subscription service is designed to make your beauty routine easier while giving you extra perks.

Subscriber Perks

When you subscribe, you’ll enjoy:

  • Free shipping on all subscription orders.

  • Exclusive discounts and early access to new lash styles and accessories.

  • Flexibility to change lash styles, adhesives, or delivery frequency anytime through your Alohii account.

How It Works

  • When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.

  • Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically on your chosen schedule, unless you pay in advance.

  • Subscription orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of billing.

Cancellations & Changes

  • You may pause, skip, or change your subscription at any time through your Alohii account or via the links provided in your order confirmation emails.

  • Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew, you may cancel prior to renewal.

Updates to Subscription Terms

If we update subscription benefits, pricing, or terms, you will be notified at least 14 days in advance.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, you may be able to purchase out-of-stock or soon-to-launch products as a pre-order.

  • At checkout, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full purchase price. Your payment method may be securely stored for the remaining balance.

  • When the product becomes available, we will process fulfillment and charge any outstanding balance before shipping.

  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return or refund in line with our Return Policy.
