Suggested usage

Use it weekly like a normal bar of soap, or more frequently as needed.

Wet hands, rub bar of soap between your hands then apply to the area of your body you're focusing on. You do not need to rub aggressively, just a gentle rub will allow the charcoal to do its magic.
