Do I use the oils and face roller at the same time?

Yes, once you have exfoliated your face you can now moisturize with an oil. Apply the oil to your face, either directly or with your mixture, use your fingers to gently rub the oil into your skin, then use the facial roller to massage it deep into your skin.
